Sport studies – Resource collection
This collection contains ideas for teaching and learning in sport studies, one of the key areas of learning in health and physical education.
You should use these resources in conjunction with appropriate instruction manuals for the teaching of particular games and sports.
You are encouraged to adapt these ideas and contexts to suit the needs of your ākonga. You can also adapt activities from different year levels to meet objectives at the level the students are working at.
Each sample unit includes an overview, a suggested teaching sequence, and student recording sheets.
